Dance and music is as old as our civilization is. In those days when societies were hunters or nascent farmers,the dance and music was ceremonial and symbol of togetherness,everyone was participant. Dance and music was simple and a community act. But dance became alien to most of the people when it became individual act.Now a days people dance together in party, marriages but it lacks feeling of coherent togetherness, we DANCE together but rarely we wish to MERGE our INDIVIDUALITY.
Now dance has many forms, its considered as an art to be learned. but SWINGING in JOY needs not any learning and believe me that IS real DANCE.
But we have have become alien to these simple joys because of complexities of life, which we have created around. i often hear people saying i don do not know dancing, i can not dance.
but before dance you should know how to feel the beat of music, then dance becomes spontaneous.The most difficult thing in starting dance IS OVERCOMING HESITATION. most of the people fear public dance.
And as people rise in life, they become more and more alien to dance. but see what ― Friedrich Nietzsche says about dance-We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.
Today my song is different that reminds us THAT some times we have all the luxuries in life but still we are deprived of simple joys like DANCE.
