Indian women

In spite of using high technology and more assets in comparison to the humans of last century, the whole world is passing through a paradoxically opposite outcome - less satisfaction from life. We are becoming more individualistic, it’s all because of money. During the barter system everybody was dependent on other for something; therefore making good relations was necessity. In current scenario, we can hire almost everything which has some price. So, going someplace; where lives some of our relative, why to bother their family and why to make some adjustments, just go to good hotel, and get sweet smiles of beautiful receptionist and swell our egos by getting salutes from caretakers.( I always think , do they keep those manners towards their family members at their homes too?).
In west stable families are rare. This phenomenon is catching in urban India too. As the wives are earning equal or even more than their husbands, so why to do anything extra.
Husband living in traditional mentality they know what their area of work is and what is not.
Result- daily quarrel and at last-DIVORCE.

Still most of the Indian women want a stable family, I feel, east to west- they are the best in the world. This song reflects the emotions of the Indian women.

Tere Liye Palkon Ki Jhaalar Bunoo,
Kaliyon Saa Gajre Mein Bandhe Phiroon,
Dhoop Lage Jahaan Tujhe Chhaayaa Banoo, Aajaa Saajna
Tere Liye Palkon Ki Jhaalar Bunoo,
Kaliyon Saa Gajre Mein Bandhe Phiroon,
Dhoop Lage Jahaan Tujhe Chhaayaa Banoo, Aajaa Saajna
Tere Liye…
Mehki Mehki Yeh Raat Hai,
Behki Behki Har Baat Hai,
Lajon Maroon, Jhoome Jiyaa, Kaise Yeh Main Kahoon, Aajaa Sajanaa
Mehki Mehki Yeh Raat Hai,
Behki Behki Har Baat Hai,
Lajon Maroon, Jhoome Jiyaa, Kaise Yeh Main Kahoon, Aajaa Sajanaa
Tere Liye Palkon Ki Jhaalar Bunoo,
Kaliyon Saa Gajre Mein Bandhe Phiroon,
Dhoop Lage Jahaan Tujhe Chhaayaa Banoo, Aajaa Saajna
Tere Liye…
Nayaa Nayaa Sansaar Hai,
Tu Hi Meraa Ghar Baar Hai,
Jaisa Rakhe Khushi Khushi, Waise Hi Main Rahoon, Aajaa Sajanaa
Nayaa Nayaa Sansaar Hai,
Tu Hi Meraa Ghar Baar Hai,
Jaisa Rakhe Khushi Khushi, Waise Hi Main Rahoon, Aajaa Sajanaa
Tere Liye Palkon Ki Jhaalar Bunoo,
Kaliyon Saa Gajre Mein Bandhe Phiroon,
Dhoop Lage Jahaan Tujhe Chhaayaa Banoo, Aajaa Saajna
Tere Liye….
Pyar Meraa, Teri Jeet Hai
Sabse Achchha Meraa Meet Hai
Tere Liye Roun Piya, Tere Liye Hasoon, Aajaa Sajanaa
Pyar Meraa, Teri Jeet Hai
Sabse Achchha Meraa Meet Hai
Tere Liye Roun Piya, Tere Liye Hasoon, Aajaa Sajanaa
Tere Liye Palkon Ki Jhaalar Bunoo,
Kaliyon Saa Gajre Mein Bandhe Phiroon,
Dhoop Lage Jahaan Tujhe Chhaayaa Banoo, Aajaa Saajna

song of the River

Today the song of the River, ओ माझी रे ..

Some people are talented but they need someone to streamline their potential.I think kishore kr was among those.

After songs like jhomroo, ek rupya baraah aanaa.. he might have gone unnoticed if not streamlined in serious singing by S D Burman. Burman sr. reinvented kishore and Burman jr too extracted best of kishore that resulted in some of the gems of hindi music.

o maajhi re! is one song that transports to a world of different feeling.

crafted words of Gulzar, lovingly kneaded in music by R D Burman and soulful singing by kishore makes listener , for a while- a wanderer in the musical world created by their harmony.

Ponder on the line-

Romance in Rain

Simply magic of rain and romance. This song makes me drenched in pouring rain ( I feel it in imagination) If any neurologist takes the scan of my brain while viewing this song I can bet he would get the same images and neuron firing as if one is in real rain. The credit goes to Basu chatterjee for his real rain shooting. The poetic genius of yogesh is superb. Jija –Saali combination , I mean RD Burman - Lata combination is fantastic . The nostalgic old Mumbai, living and breathing fresh in rain , the raising tides ,the roads , buses ,taxis. and lastly masti of the sweet pair. Romance in the rain has a different feeling , the rain and clouds make a veil - a private space that separates lovers from others .

I like the girl in rain coat sitting behind scooter., the three people passing while couple sat on bench (perhaps fishermen).

Rimjhim girey saawan

sulag -sulag jaaye mann

bheegey aaj iss mausam mein lagi kaisi ye agan

Rimjhim girey saawan

ANmOL VaChAn: one of ma female friend says the male version is better I say female version is better. Ultimately I said our taste tells something about our sexual orientation, we both are straight.

Please don’t take it seriously any body may like any version. Both versions are good. But what can I do if like lata version. I can give many reasons for my liking the female version. One of them - having a seductive la~ la~ la ~la ~la ~la which is absent in male version.

roz roz ankhon tale

actually , ma wish to talk about songs in chronicle order, from very recent to older one , but ma mood is so different tonight , at 1.15 am its song in loop , i could not stop my self from taking a song from the 80`s. , a song that is one in milli0ns, with silky voice of Asha bhosle and innocent young voice of Amit kumar (son of kishore kumar) .
i am fan of burman son - dad, here RD Burman with gulzar`s lyrics. The song is like a oasis in a desert. i say this , because 80's was the decade which gave very liitle good songs. Most of the movies were violence ridden and songs were rarely gud.this track is also from daku oriented sanjay dutt's initial day movie-Jeeva with mandakini. See how gud songs survive odd seasons. music goes as some kisti (boat) flows in a river in the hands of a gud mallah (boatman)
Asha Bhosle
roz roz ankhon taley
ek he sapna chaley
raat bhar kaajal jaley
aankhon mein jis tarah khwab ka diya jaley

roz roz ankhon taley
ek he sapna chaley
raat bhar kaajal jaley
aankhn mein jis tarah khwab ka diya jaley

jab se tumharey naam ki misri haath lagayi hai
mitha sa gam hai aur mithi si tanhai hai
roz roz ankhon taley
ek he sapna chaley
raat bhar kaajal jaley
aankhn mein jis tarah khwab ka diya jale

Amit Kumar
roz roz ankhon tale
ek he sapna chala
raat bhar kaajal jale
ankhn mein jis tarah khwab ka diya jale

ankhon par kuch aise tumney zulf gira di hai
becharey se kuch khwabon ki neend uda di hai

roz roz ankhon taley
ek he sapna chaley
raat bhar kaajal jaley
ankhn mein jis tarah khwab ka diya jale
