MAGIC of LATA JI

This song is like a kite for my heart; my heart will follow wherever this song swings. This song is a proof that Lata Ji is a MAGIC. The voice , the sur just fantastic. Laxmi-pyare Music is class. Words by Anand Bakshi are touching. Mohinder kapoor -gud,but at the end Lata steals the show.

The song passes through ears and just diffuses in my blood, it is so sweet that if someone takes MY blood sample WHILE LISENING, I hope he/she would get some drops of honey.

Rina roy Ney song ko char chand laga diye , heR expressions are elegant.

The line is just katilana-ye akhein bolti hain jo hum na bol paye,

dabi who pyas mann ki nazar main jhilmilaye,( the way lata says it – no words)

hoton pe teri halki si hahin ahi, meri dharkan bahakti ja rahi hai...

meri saanson ko jo mahkaa rahi hai

meri saanson ko jo mahkaa rahi hai
ye pahle pyaar ki khushbu
teri saanson se shaayad aa rahi hai
meri saanson ko jo mahkaa rahi hai

shuru ye silsilaa to usi din se huaa thaa
shuru ye silsilaa to usi din se huaa thaa
achaanak toone jis din mujhe yoonhi chhuaa thaa
achaanak toone jis din mujhe yoonhi chhuaa thaa

lahar jaagi jo us pal, tan-badan mein

wo mann ko aaj bhi bahkaa rahi hai
pahle pyaar ki khushbu
teri saanson se shaayad aa rahi hai
meri saanson ko jo mahkaa rahi hai

bahut tarsaa hai ye dil, tere sapne sajaake
bahut tarsaa hai ye dil, tere sapne sajaake
ye dil ki baat sun le, meri baahon mein aake

jagaakar anokhi pyaas man mein

dabi wo pyaas man ki, nazar mein jhilmilaaye
dabi wo pyaas man ki, nazar mein jhilmilaaye

honthon pe teri halki si hansi hai
meri dhadkan bahakti jaa rahi hai
pahle pyaar ki khushbu
teri saanson se shaayad aa rahi hai
meri saanson ko jo mahkaa rahi hai

Anmol VaChAn: Its appears paradox, after listening the lyrics of 60s and 70s that how sensible listener of that time were .They responded to the those complex words that today’s lyricist afraid to use(people would not accept- they say). Imagine that time lndian literacy rate was below 50%.
